1、將相對應配方的天然石粉破碎成不同目數(shù)大小，混合不同效果的巖片、云母片或不同的無機型配色片材，與高標號水泥、一定的外加劑、亮光劑或防水型無機材料按照一定比例震動成型。
1. 2、經(jīng)蒸汽養(yǎng)護，底層用C40級混凝土完成二次布料，二次震實，第二次蒸汽密封養(yǎng)護，脫模，脫模后自然養(yǎng)護與循環(huán)水養(yǎng)護。

3、用噴砂機組設(shè)備或相對應的銑磨或水磨機械在其表面均勻地銑磨出火燒、荔枝、條紋或方格圖案（等同于石材各種打磨方式）終呈現(xiàn)出天然石材不同的質(zhì)感和效果。
