透水磚的使用事項(xiàng)
我們都知道在戶外廣場、路邊的人行走道這種公共區(qū)域，因?yàn)闆]有遮雨棚，為了避免路面積水造成不便，所以大多會選擇鋪設(shè)透水磚，以確保雨水可以及時滲入地下。那么對于透水磚的使用您知道怎么進(jìn)行嗎？

1、路基處理。根據(jù)設(shè)計圖紙的要求開挖地面，確定好開挖的深度以及長寬尺寸，同時將路基上的土方等雜物清理干凈，并對路基表面進(jìn)行填土夯實(shí)操作，壓實(shí)系數(shù)好能夠達(dá)到95%以上。
1. Roadbed treatment. According to the requirements of the design drawings, excavate the ground, determine the depth and length/width dimensions of the excavation, and clean the soil and other debris on the roadbed. Fill and compact the surface of the roadbed, and the compaction coefficient can reach over 95%.
2、鋪設(shè)墊層。墊層、基層以及緩沖層的鋪設(shè)都屬于路基的填土分層夯實(shí)操作，采用粗細(xì)不均的材料來填充路基可以確保良好的透水性，其中墊層所選用的主要是已經(jīng)熟化的石灰顆粒、粘土等，石灰顆粒的直徑一般不可超過5毫米，而粘土顆粒好也不要大于15毫米。墊層的鋪設(shè)厚度一般在120毫米左右。
2. Lay the cushion layer. The laying of the cushion layer, base layer, and buffer layer all belong to the layered compaction operation of the roadbed. The use of materials with uneven thickness to fill the roadbed can ensure good permeability. The cushion layer mainly uses hardened lime particles, clay, etc. The diameter of lime particles should generally not exceed 5mm, and the diameter of clay particles should not exceed 15mm. The laying thickness of the cushion layer is generally around 120 millimeters.
3、鋪設(shè)基層。基層位于墊層之上，一般可直接選用碎石鋪設(shè)，鋪設(shè)厚度大約為250毫米左右，壓實(shí)系數(shù)必須達(dá)到92%以上。
3. Lay the base layer. The base layer is located above the cushion layer, and can generally be directly laid with crushed stones. The laying thickness is about 250 millimeters, and the compaction coefficient must reach 92% or above.
4、緩沖層處理?；鶎又媳闶蔷彌_層了，這層直接與透水磚相接，所以表面必須做好找平工作，因此也被稱為找平層。緩沖層一般可直接選用中砂鋪設(shè)，所選用的中砂好具有3—5毫米左右的級配，以達(dá)到更好的透水效果。緩沖層的鋪設(shè)不需要太厚，厚度達(dá)到30毫米便可。
4. Buffer layer processing. Above the base layer is the buffer layer, which is directly connected to permeable bricks, so the surface must be well leveled, hence it is also known as the leveling layer. The buffer layer can generally be directly laid with medium sand, which has a grading of around 3-5 millimeters to achieve better water permeability. The laying of the buffer layer does not need to be too thick, and the thickness can reach 30 millimeters.
5、鋪設(shè)透水磚。緩沖層做好了找平工作之后，便可在路面鋪設(shè)透水磚了?？衫盟酀{來固定透水磚，然后使用橡膠錘輕輕敲打，增強(qiáng)穩(wěn)固性。每塊透水磚之間需要保留大約2毫米左右的縫隙，可讓雨水及時滲入地下。另外，對于有特殊圖案的路面，則需要嚴(yán)格按照圖紙上所設(shè)計的圖案鋪裝透水磚，避免鋪裝錯誤，影響美觀。
5. Lay permeable bricks. After leveling the buffer layer, permeable bricks can be laid on the road surface. Cement slurry can be used to fix permeable bricks, and then gently tap with a rubber hammer to enhance stability. A gap of approximately 2 millimeters needs to be left between each permeable brick to allow rainwater to seep into the ground in a timely manner. In addition, for roads with special patterns, it is necessary to strictly follow the design patterns on the drawings to lay permeable bricks to avoid paving errors and affecting aesthetics.
6、填接縫砂。為了增強(qiáng)整個路面的耐久性與穩(wěn)固性，在透水磚鋪設(shè)好之后還需要在表面掃填接縫砂。接縫砂一般選擇中細(xì)砂，將其均勻的掃填在透水磚路面上，利用車輪進(jìn)行碾壓，也可直接讓行人進(jìn)行踩踏，讓接縫砂完全填入縫隙中。
6. Fill the joint sand. In order to enhance the durability and stability of the entire road surface, it is necessary to sweep and fill the joint sand on the surface after the permeable bricks are laid. Joint sand is generally selected as medium to fine sand, which is evenly swept and filled onto a permeable brick road surface. It can be rolled with wheels or directly stepped on by pedestrians to completely fill the gap with joint sand.
7、路面清理。后便是對路面的清理了，將多余的接縫砂清掃干凈，也可對透水磚路面進(jìn)行一定的保養(yǎng)，例如使用丙烯酸類制劑噴灑或者進(jìn)行風(fēng)格化處理，延長透水磚的使用壽命，同時做出仿古的效果來。
7. Road cleaning. Afterwards, the road surface is cleaned, and excess joint sand is cleaned.
