釉面磚到底是什么樣的？
釉面磚就是磚的表面經(jīng)過燒釉處理的磚。
Glazed bricks are bricks whose surface has undergone glaze burning treatment.
磚的主體分陶土和瓷土兩種，陶土燒制出來的背面呈紅色，瓷土燒制的背面呈灰白色。

Disadvantages of glazed tiles
釉面磚表面是釉料，所以耐磨性不如拋光磚。在燒制過程中經(jīng)常能看到有針孔、裂紋、彎曲、色差，釉面有水波紋、斑點等。
Glazed tiles have a glaze surface, so their wear resistance is not as good as polished tiles. During the firing process, pinholes, cracks, bends, color differences, and water ripples and spots on the glaze can often be seen.
釉面磚常用半干壓法成型，可分為生坯施釉一次燒成法和坯體素燒后施釉入窯釉燒的二次燒成法。前者要求高，質(zhì)量常不及后者。
Glazed tiles are commonly formed by the semi dry pressing method, which can be divided into the primary firing method of applying glaze to the green body and the secondary firing method of applying glaze to the kiln glaze after the green body is fired. The former requires high quality and is often inferior to the latter.
按組成可分為：硅灰石質(zhì)、葉蠟石質(zhì)、瓷石質(zhì)、石灰石質(zhì)及長石質(zhì)等。

按原材料可分為：陶制釉面磚和瓷制釉面磚。
