　　一、準(zhǔn)備工作

　　1、 Preparation work

　　在進(jìn)行水泥路沿石制作之前，需要進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備工作，具體包括以下幾個(gè)方面：

　　1、選購(gòu)合適的水泥材料，如硅酸鹽水泥等；

　　二、制作流程

　　2、 Production process

　　1、模具安裝

　　1. Mold installation

　　將模具按需擺放在制作區(qū)域，注意將其緊密連接，以免水泥流失。在安裝模具過(guò)程中要先驗(yàn)收，確認(rèn)無(wú)誤后左右對(duì)稱。

　　Place the molds as needed in the production area, paying attention to tightly connecting them to prevent cement loss. During the installation of the mold, it is necessary to first inspect and confirm that there are no errors before symmetrizing left and right.

　　2、打地基

　　2. Laying the foundation

　　清理制作區(qū)域內(nèi)表面的泥土，使其完全干燥，然后進(jìn)行開挖，在挖掘出的溝槽中鋪設(shè)加固鋼筋，并將其固定在地面上。在鋼筋前方堆放磚頭、石子等物品，便于固定模具位置。

　　Clean the soil on the surface of the production area to make it completely dry, then proceed with excavation, lay reinforcement steel bars in the excavated trenches, and fix them on the ground. Stack bricks, stones, and other items in front of the steel bars to facilitate the fixation of the mold position.

　　3、澆筑水泥

　　3. Pouring cement

　　現(xiàn)將水泥材料與清水按比例混合，插入模具中，壓實(shí)、夯實(shí)、震動(dòng)，排除出現(xiàn)的空氣，將水泥流至模具邊緣上面。在水泥的表層上抹上一層沙漿，使其頂端與模具平滑對(duì)齊，打磨成平整。

　　在水泥塊定型后，拆除模具，仔細(xì)檢查其表面是否平整、光滑。若有突出或瑕疵，可使用批刀進(jìn)行修整、打磨。

　　5、二次加工

　　取下模具后，應(yīng)對(duì)水泥塊進(jìn)行打磨和拋光，以增強(qiáng)其表面光澤和防水效果。此外，應(yīng)將不需要的邊角處用砂紙修磨光滑。
